I had a pleasant stay despite the small room size and the inconvenience with the hot water. The comfy bed and the dog walk area were definitely highlights. The staff was super accommodating.

My partner and I had a pleasant stay at Red Roof Inn. The room felt very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The proximity to numerous shops and restaurants made everything easily accessible, though we did notice a slight noise from the ventilation that might need checking. It was a good experience!

I truly enjoyed my stay at Red Roof Inn Bourbonnais. The room was immaculate and spacious, featuring comfortable furniture that's easy for seniors to navigate. The staff was exceptionally friendly, ensuring a warm atmosphere throughout my visit.

More accessible seating in the lobby would help.

Solo traveler needs a place to crash

The staff went above and beyond! I arrived way earlier than expected and the owner immediately said, 'Come on in! ' No hesitation at all. The room was comfortable enough after a long day on the road.

It wasn't exactly a steal, but I guess you pay for convenience.

great stay with a few minor hiccups

The room was exceptionally comfortable and quiet. I appreciated the friendly staff who checked on us to ensure we had everything we needed. The dog walk area was a huge plus for us and made our stay much more convenient. Plus, everything we wanted was within walking distance, which was fantastic! I enjoyed that the hotel is pet friendly. Gigi had a great time exploring the area.

While everything was mostly great, the breakfast options could use some improvement.

The room was clean and cozy with a comfy bed. Air conditioning worked great, and I loved having multiple pillows to choose from. It’s super close to the freeway, making it easy for road trips. The lady at check-out was really nice too!

Unfortunately, our experience was marred by the lack of cleanliness in the room. Upon arrival, we found the bathroom in poor condition, which prompted us to leave immediately despite having requested a refund. I cannot recommend a stay here.

Friendly staff made my stay great!

I was there for 5 nights with my 3 dogs and the staff was super helpful! Janet from housekeeping was amazing, always cheerful and ready to chat. I liked how they respected my privacy and didn’t just barge in. The bar area was nice too, though I wished the wifi was better and free. Overall, a comfy stay!
